Bag in box Red

Bag in box Red

It is the typical white pebbles of our vineyards that make the province of Pordenone a unique territory and it is our lands that give their soul to this intriguing red wine with a simple mouthfeel and a delicate and persistent taste. Its grapes ripen until the end of September and are then harvested and go through the most traditional fermentation processes and temperature-controlled maceration in stainless steel tanks. The brief 5 month fermentation period allows the maturation of wine before it is poured into practical bags created to preserve the wine qualities even after its first opening, with no risk of oxydation. Both the nice cardboard boxes and the wine express the values of the many winemakers who dedicate their lives to vinegrowing.

The aroma of the grape varieties makes it an easy-drinking wine with a delicate and pleasant taste. Grapes are destemmed, cooled down and immediately put through soft pressing before the temperature-controlled fermentation process of the must in steel tanks. Once the must becomes wine it ages in stainless steel tanks for a few months before being poured into practical bags created to preserve the wine qualities even after the first opening, with no risk of oxydation.
