FRIULIAN CRAFT BEER FROM THE MOUNTAINS

We have courageously chosen to open our senses and propose an evening of Friulian beer tasting.

Dimont, a brewery born in 2019 from the passion of seven friends, in the small hamlet of Cedarchis in Arta Terme at the foot of Monte Cabia. The project originates in the beautiful Friulian mountains with the specific intention of using the fresh waters that flow from those rocks, following the tradition of “Sblif”.

Air, nature, and mountains host this new project where Friulian beers are produced using different processes, low and high fermentations that give completely different aromatic sensations to the palate. Beers that are easy to drink, gluten-free, unfiltered, and unpasteurized to maintain all the microelements that characterize tastes and flavors and enhance their aromas.

A meeting with the producer and the master brewer to discover the secrets of beer and delve into the tasting technique to discover the characteristics and differences of a beverage that, like wine, accompanies the happy moments of our days creating conviviality.
