Cantina Rauscedo presents the second cycle of exclusive tastings that will intrigue, amaze, and delight even the most experienced!

The three tastings will be held at the production headquarters in Codroipo, at Via Zompicchia, 10 (Strada Napoleonica).

WINES AND COLD CUTS BORN BETWEEN RIVERS A "sensocultural" experience told by the producers.

Where a platter of cold cuts ends, a glass of wine begins. Cantina Rauscedo's wines meet the regional delicacies of the charcuterie.

The story of Prosciuttificio Bagatto, founded in 1957, is still one of the few family-run artisanal ham factories active in San Daniele where Dante and Lorenzo, father and son, work together, passing down tradition and passion.

Macelleria Antonini Noè, whose history begins in the early 1900s, starting with Noé, a cattle merchant from whom the butchery and slaughterhouse activities originated, still continue today in Maniago, maintaining traditions linked to our valleys.

The products of Macelleria Antonini Noè and the cold cuts of Prosciuttificio Bagatto from San Daniele join Cantina Rauscedo's wines for an intriguing marriage of scents and flavors of the territory.

The producers will tell us their story and their products together with Vincenzo di Nuzzo, Maestro Assaggiatore ONAS (National Organization of Tasters of Cold Cuts), who will guide us through tasting techniques.

  • Casa Quaranta Rosso 2017 and Peta di Noé

 

At the end, a dish will be served as an accompaniment.
