We are one year ahead of the ministerial standard by which even the winery activities must be certified in terms of sustainability, referring to the SQNPI system (National quality system for integrated protection).
It is a clear choice aimed at adopting a sustainability protocol for the entire wine supply chain to guarantee greater quality and, above all, the complete traceability of products and processes.
According to our President, sustainability is more than just a trend of the moment. All of our winery operations are sustainable including the management of wastewaters from tanks washing, which are recovered and purified.
Even energy consumption is guaranteed by alternative sources such as the photovoltaic systems in our possession.
The delivery of the certification took place in the presence of mr. Michele Bertolami director of CEVIQ.
