The wine season starts again.

With the increase of temperatures and the first rains, spring made us rediscover the sprout of the vineyards, showing the beginning of a new wine-growing season. The magic is back and our agronomists follow step-by-step the growth of the vineyards which are turning green. Together with the oenologist and agronomists this year we will map all our vineyards thanks to the new app we have developed and with that we will know every detail of the vineyards in real time in the various production areas. The technology, which has already supported us for years, will be decisive in this year and will help the oenologists to define the best moment for the harvest defining the achievement of the ripening of the grapes thanks to an even better knowledge of the seasonal evolution thanks to a constant collect of data that will be processed by the new systems. The tradition will therefore be documented by more and new analytical data.
